CHaDaR (חד"ר — Chesed, Din, Rachamim) is the three-column structure that organises Zeir Anpin (Z"A)'s operational governance: Kindness (right), Judgment (left), Mercy (middle). It is the operational form required by the cycle of six thousand years (Op. 116).
The three columns are introduced structurally at Op. 13 (lines/yosher view of the Sefirot — three columns: Chesed-Gevurah-Tiferet) and Op. 17 (the Ten Sefirot as the appropriate levels of Kindness, Judgment, and Mercy per Sefer Yetzirah 1:3 and Cordovero's Pardes).
CHaDaR as Z"A's specific governmental order becomes substantive at Op. 105 (function of the Hairs of the Head and Beard of A"A — CHaDaR's source above), Op. 107 (the Beard reveals the governmental order of CHaDaR stemming from the Three Heads), and Op. 108 (the Beard's cosmic-ethical operation — subduing stern judgments, humbling husks, giving power to Holiness).
Op. 116 is the canonical CHaDaR-in-Z"A chapter: Z"A and his governmental order are founded on CHaDaR because this is what is required for the entire cycle of six thousand years, the period of service. CHaDaR runs through Z"A from body up through Mochin.
CHaDaR travels closely with Z"A (CHaDaR is Z"A's governmental form), Beard of A"A (the upstream source of CHaDaR's mercy-channels), Mochin (CHaDaR runs up through the Mochin), Daat (the bridging Mochin that propagates CHaDaR through the body, Op. 124–126), and cycle of creation (CHaDaR is required by the six-thousand-year cycle).
CHaDaR is the operational form of cosmic governance at the level closest to creation. Without CHaDaR, Z"A would be raw stern judgment (Op. 52); with CHaDaR, Z"A's governance balances Kindness, Judgment, and Mercy — the form the cycle of six thousand years requires for human service to be operationally meaningful.
