Op. 107 names what the Beard reveals. The thirteen Conduits of Mercy are not unspecified mercy-flows; they are the operational form of CHaDaR descending from the Three Heads. The chapter completes the Op. 102 (Seven Repairs of the Head) → Op. 105 (Beard as channels) sequence.
The Three Heads of A"A — Keter, Avira, Mocha — are the operational source of CHaDaR (Chesed, Din, Rachamim). When the Beard descends from the Face, it carries the CHaDaR structure with it. The thirteen Tikkunim of the Beard are configurations of CHaDaR operating at thirteen specific operational levels.
This is what makes the Beard load-bearing for the rest of the cosmic government. CHaDaR enters Zeir Anpin (Z"A) through the Beard's thirteen Tikkunim. When Op. 116 says CHaDaR runs through Z"A from body up through Mochin, the structural source of that CHaDaR is the Beard.
