Some repairs come to prepare the flow of blessing, others to channel it.
Two operational categories of repair: prepare the cosmic flow; channel the cosmic flow.
Op. 106 distinguishes two functions among the Beard's Tikkunim (repairs). Some prepare the cosmic-mercy flow before it descends; others channel the flow once it has begun descending. The distinction is operationally important.
Preparation repairs set the cosmic conditions under which the flow becomes possible. They do not transmit mercy directly; they create the structural readiness. Without preparation, the flow would not begin operationally.
Channeling repairs transmit the flow once preparation is complete. They are the operational pipes through which the prepared flow reaches its destinations.
Both kinds are necessary; the cosmic government does not function on channeling alone (without preparation, there is nothing to channel) or on preparation alone (without channels, the prepared flow cannot reach its destinations). Op. 107 will name thirteen total Tikkunim, distributed across these two functions.
Op. 107 (the Beard's CHaDaR reveals the governmental order from the Three Heads). Op. 108 (the Beard subdues stern judgments, humbles husks, gives power to Holiness — the Beard's cosmic-ethical operation).
