BaN (gematria 52) and MaH (gematria 45) are the root of all defects and repairs.*

TL;DR

BaN and MaH, in their foreknowledge-based unique arrangement per Partzuf, are the structural root of every cosmic defect and every cosmic repair.

Why this chapter exists

Op. 80 names the structural anchor of the entire concealed-government unit. The cosmic register Op. 78 introduced and the eschatological terminus Op. 79 named both depend on the structural fact that BaN and MaH are the root of all defects and repairs. The chapter is brief but doctrinally definitive.

The argument

From Op. 62, BaN roots defects and MaH roots repair. Op. 80 generalises: every cosmic defect, every cosmic repair, traces back to the BaN-MaH dyad. The unique arrangement of MaH-BaN connections in each Partzuf (the structural feature that gives each Partzuf its concealed identity, Op. 84) is what makes the cosmic government's operational variability possible — and what is operationally registered as the cosmic events occur.

The foreknowledge aspect is structurally important. The unique-arrangement-of-MaH-BaN connections per Partzuf is foreknown — known structurally, before the operational events occur, by the cosmic-government architecture itself. This is what allows registration: the cosmic register holds what was foreknown against what was operationally enacted. Where they match, the deed is as foreknown; where they differ, the deed is registered as a defect awaiting repair.

What you'll meet later

Op. 81 (the concealed governmental order is the root of free will) is the doctrinal-philosophical extension of Op. 80. The closing chapters' operational mechanism (Op. 138 ¶20–21) operates structurally on the foreknowledge-based BaN-MaH framework Op. 80 establishes.
