Balance. Cooperation between all the lights brings the complete repair.
Balance = cooperation among lights. Each light carries out its repairs while taking the others into account. One cycle leads to general perfection — only good with no further evil.
Op. 69 closes the World of Repair unit with the unit's culminating principle. The matkela — the balance — is cooperation. Each light's repair-portion is calibrated to the other lights' contributions; the cosmic government's complete repair emerges from this cooperative coordination. The chapter is brief but doctrinally definitive.
A single light, doing its repair-work in isolation, would not produce the cosmic-government's complete repair. The repair requires cooperation — each light taking the others into account as it does its work. The cosmic government, in its complete form, is a coordinated operation, not a sum of independent contributions.
This is why the cosmic-anatomical structure Klach has been describing is not arbitrary. The Sefirot, the Partzufim, the kinship-architecture, the Coupling-Pregnancy-Birth-Suckling cycle — all of this is the operational form of the cooperation Op. 69 names. Each structure exists for the sake of the coordination it makes possible.
One cycle leads to general perfection. The cycle of creation, when complete, produces a state of only good with no further evil. This is the Op. 49 return-to-good doctrine in its most concentrated form. The Other Side, after the cycle, reverts to good; evil, having served its operational purpose, is no longer needed; only the rule of unity remains.
Op. 70's understanding heart (Binah-Tiferet-Malchut joined as the central organ of cooperation) is the operational anatomy of Op. 69's cooperation. Op. 138 (the eight-stage Coupling order) is the closing-chapter operational form of the complete repair Op. 69 forecasts.
