TL;DR

This chapter states the general law underlying everything in the repair: every part of creation and every law in the governmental order is calibrated to serve the general repairneither more nor less than required. Chapter map

This is the unit's tenth chapter. After Op. 59-67 detailed how the repair operates, Op. 68 states the general law: all the operational details of the repair are calibrated to exactly the right levelno part is decorative or excessive; the cosmos as a whole is the precise balance needed for the cycle to complete in perfect goodness.

What this chapter is doing — two parts

Part 1 — Exact calibration of all the parts. The parts that ascend, their levels, their ways of interconnecting (MaH-BaN positional relations) — all exactly what is necessary. One level higher → man as angel; one level lower → man as animal. Free will + return-of-evil-to-good requires exactly this calibration.

Part 2 — Repairs and deficiencies in just measure. Op. 50 Part 2 cross-ref: degrees of closure/openness, strong/weak as needed. Laws used at necessary time and manner. Overall = the cycle of the governmental order aiming at perfect goodness.

Op. 68 states the general law underlying everything that has been worked out in the unit so far. Every part of creation and every law in the governmental order is calibrated to serve the general repairneither more nor less than required. The chapter is brief but architectural.
