Abba (אבא, "Father") is the Lurianic name for the male parent in the Abba and Imma parental pair — the Partzuf through which wisdom (Chochmah) operates as the operational father of Zeir Anpin (Z"A) and Nukva. Abba's most distinctive operational role across Klach is revealing the Mental Powers as a whole — providing the comprehensive scope that Imma then articulates in detail.
Abba's operational role becomes substantive at Op. 110–114 (Abba and Imma as the parental pair). Op. 110 (Abba's external root in A"A); Op. 111 (the spread of Concealed Wisdom in CHaDaR via the Beard for Z"A — Abba is the channel); Op. 112 (Abba reveals the Mental Powers as a whole; the comprehensive-scope role); Op. 113 (Abba-Imma coupling is constant — Abba is the constant partner whose contribution holds Z"A's Mental Powers continuous); Op. 114 (the full path of influence reaches Z"N through both Abba and Imma).
From Op. 116 (Abba and Imma direct Z"A through his Mental Powers; the Keter derives from A"A) onward, Abba operates as the upstream partner whose contribution arrives via the Mochin-engrafting that produces Daat (Op. 124–126). The closing chapters (Op. 130–138) carry Abba implicitly throughout the Coupling architecture.
Abba travels closely with Imma (the constant-coupling pair), Chochmah (Abba is the operational form in which the Sefirah Chochmah acts as parent), Daat (Daat is the offspring of Abba-Imma engrafting via Chochmah and Binah, Op. 124), and Z"A (Z"A's Mental Powers descend through Abba's whole-revelation and Imma's detail-revelation).
Abba is the operational father of the cosmic-government generation. His revelation-of-the-whole, paired with Imma's revelation-of-the-detail, is the binary structure by which Z"A's Mental Powers are constituted. The constancy of Abba-Imma coupling is what makes the cycle's constant root possible (Op. 113).
