Different times of ascent and descent.
The cosmic government has deed-independent time-dependent dynamics — worlds ascend and descend by times, not by human deeds. The macro-temporal architecture: descent → ascent → completeness, plus daily/weekly/yearly liturgical micro-rhythm.
Op. 131 opens the Ascent and Descent sub-section (Op. 131–133), bracketed inside the Building-of-Nukva sequence. The sub-section treats deed-independent dynamics — operational rhythms that occur without human deeds, as part of the cosmic government's structural-temporal architecture.
The cosmic government's temporal architecture has macro-rhythm and micro-rhythm.
Macro-rhythm: between the original breaking and the eventual return to the level of completeness as before the breakage, the worlds descend (after the breaking), then gradually ascend (during the cycle's middle phase), then arrive at completeness (at the cycle's end). This is the cycle's six-thousand-year arc.
Micro-rhythm: weekday/Shabbat/holiday/night/day cycles. These occur regularly — every week, every year, every day — as part of the cosmic government's operational architecture.
The rhythms are deed-independent. They occur whether or not human deeds happen at any given moment. Shabbat brings higher cosmic operational intensity whether anyone observes it or not (though human observance amplifies the effect operationally).
Op. 132 (aliyah vs. hagdalah — the kinds of motion within the rhythms). Op. 134 (the deed-dependent repair of Nukva — the contrast that the bracketed sub-section sets up).
