Op. 112 distinguishes Abba's role from Imma's. Both are involved in transmitting the Mental Powers to Zeir Anpin (Z"A); the manner of each contribution differs structurally. Abba contributes the whole; Imma contributes the detail.
Abba's contribution is comprehensive scope — the wholeness, the integrated overview, the structural completeness of the Mental Powers as a unified faculty. Without Abba's whole-revelation, the Mental Powers would be a collection of fragments rather than an integrated faculty.
Imma's contribution is operational articulation — the specific operational form each Mental Power takes, the detailed dynamics, the working mechanics. Without Imma's detail-revelation, the Mental Powers would be an undifferentiated wholeness without operational specificity.
The two contributions are complementary. Abba alone would give comprehensive but operationally inarticulate Mental Powers. Imma alone would give operationally articulate but uncomprehensive Mental Powers. Together they give Mental Powers that are both comprehensive and operationally specific.
This is structural-cosmically the same logic as the male-female division of generation Op. 63 named. The masculine partner (Abba) contributes the active wholeness; the feminine partner (Imma) contributes the receptive-yet-shaping articulation. The cosmic government's operational level is the offspring of their coupled contribution.
