The different parts of MaH (gematria 45) and BaN (gematria 52) in each Partzuf have a concealed influence — but outwardly all are equal.
Every Partzuf has two aspects: an inner concealed combination of MaH and BaN (which gives the Partzuf its distinctive concealed identity) and an outer revealed function (which is operationally legible).
Op. 84 closes the Concealed Government unit by stating the structural rule that runs through every later named-Partzuf chapter. Every Partzuf, inwardly, is a unique combination of MaH and BaN parts. Outwardly, every Partzuf is operationally equal — meaning, has the same kind of operational visibility — to every other Partzuf in the same hierarchy.
The inner aspect — the unique combination of MaH and BaN parts — gives each Partzuf its specific concealed identity. This is what makes Atik Yomin Atik (and not, say, A"A); what makes Zeir Anpin (Z"A) Z"A (and not Nukva). The concealed identity is operationally real; the cosmic register depends on it; the structural-foreknowledge doctrine of Op. 80 operates on it.
The outer aspect is operationally equal across Partzufim. By this Klach means that the way each Partzuf operationally functions — what it does in the revealed governmental order — has the same kind of visibility across all Partzufim. Atik's operations are visible (in the relevant sense); A"A's operations are visible (in the same sense); Z"A's operations are visible (in the same sense). The visibility is operationally equal; the underlying concealed combinations are not equal — each Partzuf has its specific arrangement.
The consequence: when investigating a Partzuf's operations, you can focus on the outer visible function without needing to specify the inner concealed combination. The two aspects are both real; the methodological discipline is to investigate one without violating the other.
Op. 100 will state the methodological rule explicitly. Op. 109's general rule of Partzuf-pair interrelation (chain of development + clothing) operates at the outer-visible level. The unique-arrangement doctrine continues to operate concealed throughout the rest of the book.
