The moon-mystery: Malchut (Nukva) as glass-that-does-not-shine, beautiful through the Sun (Z"A). The bread-of-shame doctrine returns; building (Yesod) and sustenance (Z"A's turning) are distinguished.
Op. 58 closes the 288 Sparks unit with the moon-mystery — Klach's most concentrated treatment of how Malchut/Nukva earns her radiance through service. The chapter operationalises the bread-of-shame doctrine at the cosmogonic level and forecasts the entire closing Nukva sequence.
The rabbinic moon-tradition: the moon was originally equal to the sun in radiance, but it complained about the equality and was diminished — made into a glass that does not shine on its own, only reflecting the sun's light. Klach reads this cosmogonically. Malchut is the moon — the operational receiver. She does not shine of herself; she is beautiful through the Sun — through Z"A's light flowing into her.
The bread-of-shame doctrine returns. If Malchut shone of herself, she would be receiving something for nothing — the bread of shame. By being deficient in herself and earning her radiance through service, she avoids this. The cosmic structure is therefore set up so that Nukva must be built up by Z"A and must receive his flow of blessing — the structural conditions in which the bestowal is earned.
Klach distinguishes building (Yesod's role) from sustenance (Z"A's turning toward Nukva). MaH (Yesod) builds Nukva — gives her structural existence as a Partzuf. Z"A turns toward Nukva and sustains her — provides the ongoing flow of blessing that keeps her operationally alive. Two distinct cosmic operations, both required for the cosmic-government's deed-dependent mode.
The striking claim: at creation, Yesod built Nukva through the power of anticipated future deeds of the righteous. The cosmic government is built proleptically — Yesod's building of Nukva at the cosmogonic level was made possible by counting forward to the human service that would later be performed. The cosmos is, structurally, set up for the deeds it anticipates. AV (gematria 72)/SaG (gematria 63)/MaH join BaN in the mystery of about three months after (Genesis 38:24) — the ARI's reading of cosmological timing.
Op. 134 (Z"A repairs Nukva to create the possibility of service) operationalises the moon-mystery in the closing chapters. Op. 137's six thousand years with all required Couplings accumulating, culminating in complete repair for ever to eternity completes the proleptic-building doctrine: the deeds Yesod anticipated are the deeds the cycle now requires.
